PIPEline, Parents for Improved Public Education, is a united group of parents advocating for the best public education opportunities and common sense governance of Spring Branch ISD in Houston, Texas.  The district currently serves 33,000 students in a community of over 193,000 residents.  PIPEline is a diverse, grassroots group that has come together behind a common set of goals and principles. Our collective voice will ensure our community's strong values and tradition of excellence will not be lost.
